HAIR was first a stage musical, the movie came after...[January 4th 2004]Some people think HAIR came from the movies to the stage, that the stage play was an adaptation of the movie. The reverse is true. HAIR was written for the stage, and the authors were ultimately disappointed in the movie, thinking the screenplay missed the boat on the true message and potential of the original. |
